Not Your Basic Avocado Toast

RECEPIE TYPE: DIATARY INFO: SERVING SIZE:

Meal Or Snack. Gluten Free & Vegan 1-2

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

INGREDIANTS

1 avocado

2 Slices of gluten free bread from the bakery

2 teaspoon of vegan butter

2 clove of garlic (to taste)

salt (to taste)

pepper (to taste)

chilli (to taste)

dried parsley (to taste)


INSTRUCTIONS


1) toast bread to your liking

2) mash garlic cloves and mix together with butter,

parsley, & chilli flakes.

3) spread mixture on toast

4) slice avocado & either spread out or leave chunky

on top of toast

5) (optional) sprinkle pepper, chilli flakes & salt on top
